Revenue and Expense split charts use categories to show the distribution of your sources of incomes and expenses. To enable categories, you need to open the Notion Sync sidebar and add a Select type property from your database to the Category value.
If you are using the default Transactions database that we create during the onboarding, you will see that your Category property has already a bunch of options available.
These are our default expense categories. Each of these categories displays a custom icon like the ones you see below.

You can extend this list and create your own categories. They will appear with the Other icon.
All income categories show the Other icon by default. However, you can show a custom icon if the name of the category matches one of your Clients database.
