You can create an invoice both from your Notion database or from Magic Beans app. Here is how you can do it:
From Notion
Go to your Invoice database and create a New entry.
From Magic Beans
Go to Invoices page and press on “New” button. When you create an invoice from Magic Beans the Invoice number and Issue date will be automatically added.
The next step is making sure that you have all the necessary Invoice fields correctly mapped to your database properties. You don’t need to use all of them, just the ones that make sense to you.
Once you have all the required fields properly mapped to your database, you can start filling the information. If you press on any field in your invoice you will be redirected to the right page on Notion to enter the information.
