Magic Beans is a Notion-first product, so it uses your same Notion account to authenticate you into the product. If you haven’t already, sign in at https://magicbeans.app/.
After connecting your account, a Notion prompt will appear to authorize Magic Beans to access your workspace. Press “Select pages” to continue.

Now you will need to select what pages Magic Beans can access to inside your workspaces. If you have multiple workspaces in your account, make sure the right one is selected in the top right picker.
You can select any page to get started, you can always come back to this page to modify your selection.

The first step of the onboarding will ask you to select a page in your Notion. Only pages shared in the previous step will appear in the page picker. If you need to modify your permissions, you can tap on “Adjust Permissions”.
We will use this page to create the required databases to get started. You can always modify this databases later.

Follow the next steps to finish the configuration of your Magic Beans workspace and get familiar with some of the features like finance charts or invoice creation.
